After ten successful years of selling homes, we have decided that now is a good time for us to cease the estate agency section of Isle of Wight Homes Ltd. The direction of the company will be now be taking a different path.

We are slowly arranging the transfer of all our properties to another agent who will be using our pictures, text & floorplans - we will continue running our agency office until all our sales have completed sometime in August.

We have had a really good year & it would be very easy just to carry on for another 10 years, but we both decided the time is right, there are so many alternative things we can & want to do.

After August we are taking a well-earned sabbatical for six months.

The Isle of Wight pop festival is nearly here again!
As we sell 70% of our homes to mainland & abroad buyers it is really important that we advise those on the “North Island” not to visit the Island on the weekend of the 12th & postpone any house hunting to the following weekend.
